Costs

Shipping is free within Canada. Any other charges are shown at checkout, before you confirm your order.

Delivery times

The estimated delivery time is shown at checkout. It may be longer during the holidays or in difficult weather conditions.

Tracking

You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Lost or damaged package

Email us at admin@econo-mart.ca within 7 days of the expected delivery date, with photos if the package is damaged. We will find a solution: a replacement shipment or a refund.

Shipping address

Check your address before paying. If it is incorrect, write to us quickly: we can correct it as long as the package has not shipped.
