Returns and Refunds

You have 30 days after receiving your order to return a product.

Conditions

• The product is complete, with its accessories and, if possible, its original packaging.
• It has not been damaged by misuse.

How to return an item

• Fill out the Start a return form with your order number and the reason for the return.
• As soon as you submit the form, the return address appears on screen. We also reply by email, usually the same day.
• If the product is defective, attach a photo when you reply to our email.
• Ship the parcel with tracking.

Return shipping

Return shipping is at your expense, unless the product is defective or we made an error: in that case, we pay for it.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the product, we refund the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. You can also choose an exchange.

This policy is in addition to, and does not limit, the warranties provided by Quebec's Consumer Protection Act.
