Anywhere in Canada.
Is shipping free?
Yes, shipping is free on all orders in Canada.
Returns and warranty
Can I return a product?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is at your expense, unless the product is defective or we made a mistake. Write to us first at admin@econo-mart.ca with your order number and we will send you the instructions. See our return policy for details.
My product is defective. What should I do?
Write to us at admin@econo-mart.ca with your order number and a photo or short video of the problem. We replace or refund the product, at our expense.
Orders and payment
What currency are prices in?
All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Applicable taxes (GST, QST or HST) are calculated at checkout.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Major credit cards and the other methods shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely by Shopify.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it hasn't shipped. Write to us as soon as possible at admin@econo-mart.ca.
